Return Policy
Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned, in order to maintain product quality and customer safety.
Eligible Return Cases:
You may request a return only in the following cases:

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
